Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY - SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you choose to cancel, please do so before your next recurring order processing date. This is usually 29 days after your last order, depending on your chosen delivery frequency. Cancelation requests on the same day of your next order are not valid as processing begins immediately.

We send out reminder emails 3 days before your upcoming order so you can easily make adjustments. Cancellations must be made before the reorder date.

Subscription fulfillment is managed by 3rd parties and can't be canceled as they begin processing immediately so customers get their product on time. 

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Access your Manage Subscriptions Link (Customer Portal) via any Levium Subscription Email Notification.

OR log in to your account via the Levium Shop's Login Page, and click the "Manage Subscriptions" link.

Click Subscriptions > Click Cancel.
