Multiples of the same product do not fall under this guarantee, however, they may be applicable for return.

Refunds issued are for the cost of product, excluding shipping and any applied discounts. The purchase must be completed through Levium.com. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. Levium does not provide return shipping labels.

CANCELATION POLICY

* If you choose to cancel, please do so before your next recurring order processing date. This is usually 29 days after your last order, depending on your chosen delivery frequency. Cancelation requests on the same day of your next order are not valid as processing begins immediately.

We send out reminder emails 3 days before your upcoming order so you can easily make adjustments. Cancellations must be made before the reorder date.

Subscription fulfillment is managed by 3rd parties and can't be canceled as they begin processing immediately so customers get their product on time.

OR log in to your account via the Levium Shop's Login Page, and click the "Manage Subscriptions" link.

Click Subscriptions > Click Cancel.
