Recurring monthly subscription orders are not refundable in any case.

Refunds of UNOPENED BOXES may be eligible for a refund less shipping costs within 30 days or less of the original first-time purchase date.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs in this case.

-- When we receive your unopened Levium boxes we will then issue you refund if you qualify.
